Terms & Conditions
These are the terms and conditions for all sales and purchases through ‘Vitamenz Ltd” via our website, internet banking, telephone or mail.  By visiting and/or using this site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Pricing

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on this Site and in any other correspondence. Vitamenz Ltd reserves the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be given a refund for the unavailable product.

2. Payment methods

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments through our DPS payment gateway and direct bank deposits/internet banking. All orders will be dispatched upon clearance of funds. Please contact us if you would like to pay cash.

3. GST

All goods sold in NZ include Goods & Services Tax (GST).

4. Delivery

Vitamenz Ltd delivers nationwide and internationally.  We package items for safe delivery to the best of our ability.  Delivery time within New Zealand is generally 2-3 working days (rural delivery can take longer) from time order leaves our premises.  All orders in New Zealand are delivered via courier and can be traced using “track and trace”.

Please ensure you have supplied the correct delivery address as we can not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address.  In such instances where an incorrect delivery address has been supplied, the customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend the item.

5. International Orders

If you live outside of New Zealand and would like to purchase any products from our website please contact Vitamenz Ltd by email at info@fertilityhealth.co.nz for information on delivery times and process.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you do happen to receive a damaged product, product with a broken seal or cap,  or a product that does not match your order, notification must be sent immediately by email to info@fertilityhealth.co.nz.

The following information must be provided:

  • Name and Address
  • Contact daytime phone number
  • Email Address
  • Original Order Number
  • The reason for the return

You will be contacted within 24 hours with instructions on how to return the product.

We will credit your original method of payment once we are satisfied that all criteria for a refund have been met. Please note there is no refund on shipping costs

Fertility Health is totally committed towards getting your order to you in the quickest possible time!

Fertility Health delivers nationwide and internationally.

Rates:

  • $6.95 for within New Zealand
  • $20 worldwide

We package items for safe delivery to the best of our ability.  Delivery time within New Zealand is generally 2-3 working days (rural delivery can take longer) from time order leaves our premises.  All orders in New Zealand are delivered via courier and can be tracked. Please contact us if you are looking for an update on the location of your product.  Please note that we can only deliver to a physical address (no PO Boxes).

Fertility Health uses a standard shipping rate within New Zealand as specified in the product description.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you will need to contact Vitamenz Ltd immediately either by phone 0800 VITA ME (0800 848 263) or by emailing: info@fertilityhealth.co.nz . We will do our best to meet your request, however, all orders are normally shipped within 24 hours and we cannot usually stop a delivery after this time. Once product has been shipped we cannot cancel an order.

If you have cancelled an order and payment has already been processed. We will credit your original method of payment once we are satisfied that all criteria for a refund have been met.
